Overall good service
Used Enact to remortgage. Pretty smooth process, kept informed throughout. Got a response via the messaging option when needed and got through on the phone every time I called. Would use Enact again.

Communication with Enact was 20/10 Letters, emails and texts were sent whenever they needed anything and soon as paperwork was sent back they seem to get onto it straight away Couldn’t fault them

Really pleased I instructed Enact to complete my conveyancing. My case manager Kayleigh was efficient throughout. The client portal is great. The messaging facility is an easy way to keep in touch, the document upload and download facility is also easy to use as well. Overall a positive experience which I recommend.
