Enact was a great help when remortgage and the portal was so useful and helpful when wanting to know what stage your at and how far your from completion. The staff was very helpful when need advice or guidance. Thank you so much for you help would definitely recommend.

Smooth and easy process
No complaints. I am very grateful to Enact for there services. It’s been a very smooth process, due to my commitments this has been essential. The portal used via there app was easy to use and they have kept me regularly updated with any changes. Having used a number of conveyancers this has been hands down the best experience to date. To top it off the fact that they called me up for feedback and to see if there was anything I needed help with said a lot.

Never Received Clarity about Fees-Very Expensive
I found them very expensive. I asked several times about the expected fees, but no one provided detailed information. When received the completion statement then given a standard explanation about terms and conditions and clauses here and there. The process is flawless but I have been charged twice compared to other conveyancing. I am not sure about recommending them to friends and relatives.

Great service received from Enact, customer portal extremely useful, would definitely recommend
Received a great service from Enact when remortgaging recently. The Enact portal was really helpful to highlight any changes and/or progress on completing, especially good for time-starved people like myself, as it meant I could look at this whenever I got a chance. It clearly outlines any progress or documents that might be outstanding etc. would definitely recommend Enact.

Conveyancing for BTL flat
The conveyancing for our BTL flat went very smoothly and overall our experience of working with Enact was great. The online dashboard gave us 24/7 progress updates, messaging worked well and it was easy to upload and download documents using our account. We experienced one minor glitch at the end when co.pletion didn't go through on the expected date and we incurred a variable interest rate charge from our previous lender.
