Remortgage

Used Enact to remortgage. Pretty smooth process, kept informed throughout. Got a response via the messaging option when needed and got through on the phone every time I called. Would use Enact again.

Faultless experience

Faultless experience. They were very good at handling the case and communication was spot on whenever they needed anything from me or updating me on my case. The portal UI is not the easiest to navigate but when you ask questions on the message board l, they replied within hours. I'd have no problem using these again.

I’m attempting to complete on a…

I’m attempting to complete on a property, however my sellers are using Kirkstall Property Lawyers a trading name of this company enact Conveyancing Limited. They are not replying to my solicitors, estate agents or the clients themselves. Terrible service causing a lot of stress for the seller and myself, causing unnecessary delays. My solicitor asked for one certificate on 13/9, they responded to say they would be in touch then radio silence ever since.

Avoid if you can

Have given up trying to sort my mortgage through these. Never ever respond to a single message through their site. We had no choice but to use them (nationwide sent us directly to them with zero choice), a previous remortgage by my husband (unknown to me) also used this firm of cowboys and he ended up with significant compensation due to their incompetence. I can only presume that a lot of the glowing reviews are bought and paid for/bots.

Positive experience with…

I had a really positive experience with Enact. Their online tracking portal is excellent and any questions or queries were responded to almost immediately. Would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.
