Enact has made my mortgage move so easy and during the process i was give all the updates on the spot. Sometimes i was busy and couldn't notice the updates but in those cases they rang me over phone and updated. Thanks enact.

Absolutely woeful. Avoid. First Direct use them and recommend them and they are as bad. NB: thanks for replying Abbie but our complaint is already with you and has been for over two weeks and we've yet to get a reply. So no action needed from you. NB2: thanks for another reply Enact, if only you were as responsive to customers when it's not in a public forum. You are acting for my wife in regards to my mortgage that I pay for. Our two complaints and this review is from both of us, you still haven't replied to my complaint or her complaint..... Good communication and customer service is not complex. Thanks 👍
