Overall good service
Used Enact to remortgage. Pretty smooth process, kept informed throughout. Got a response via the messaging option when needed and got through on the phone every time I called. Would use Enact again.

Hi All, I renew my mortgage to Lloyds bank so they use Enact so very easy just upload documents in apps and calls few time to double check. Itβs easy & convenient. Very good service! Cheers Kenji

I've used Enact before on a previous remortgage and so had no issues with using them again. They are helpful, efficient & the online portal is very user friendly. I would recommend them for anyone doing a remortgage.

Enact came with as "free legals" with the lender on 2 remortgages. We completed on time and on the whole a very good experience. There were occasions when the portal didn't work & also the portal was not always 100% up to date eg still showed outstanding tasks even though they were completed. However, the phone pick up is quick with helpful staff and the case handler did respond when needed to.
