Enact handled our remortgage. the whole process from beginning to end was very smooth. the online case tracker keeps you updated of each step (whether it's info you need to supply, or they need to submit). you can live chat, chat with the person (Donna in our case) who is handling it, get through to them on the phone etc. they just made what could easily be a stressful situation, very easy
