This cost me money in unnecessary…
This cost me money in unnecessary interest as completion was delayed due to consistently asking for the redemption certificate (3x). Case handler did not respond to my request for a call back or respond to messages in a meaningful way. Its finally completed but there is no way I would use you again.

Quick and direct with information…, simplicity
Quick and direct with information needed to progress the remortgaging. By using the portal to capture various important documents and having it loaded unto the system, it’s eliminated a lot of the processes that waste time. There was always someone available to coordinate all the processes, I was impressed on how quick the experience occurred. I have completed one sale within six weeks, the work carried out by my conveyancer, Latoya Wilson was on time and accurate. I am also selling a second house using Enact which is far from straightforward and it has been dealt with in the same timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Enact and will use them again with my next house sale
