Enact's inefficiency cost me in interest
Unfortunately, using Enact Conveyancing cost me in interest as completion was delayed by 2 weeks. They wasted time by insisting on documents which were not needed and impossible to get hold of. Case worker did not return calls or respond to messages. Escalated to team leader who was supposed to respond in 24 hours - still waiting! Definitely won't be using them for remortgage!

Really easy to use portal, it is updated with tasks to do and an email sent to let you know you have a task. All documents are uploaded and can be seen on the portal & you can contact enact via a message, they are quick to respond. Easy to track the progress of your mortgage. I would recommend this company.

Used for my remortgage. Everything was done via their online system. Could chat to an agent anytime and it was a real person with real time information. They were super efficient and everything was done correctly!! Really pleased with my experience. Would definitely work with them again.

Awful service
Awful service - even though it’s my name being transferred off of the deeds they say they cannot provide me an update. Take forever to answer the phone and forever to action anything, you get a different answer and update every time you a call, too many excuses and very little results. Avoid.
