A honest review

A honest review. Enact was definitely too confusing to follow straightforwardly. The process was all over the place, they were contacting on different formats, through online chat, e-mails, text messages etc and things were easily missed because of this. Also my case workers were slow to reply and/or just ignored messages and seemed very understanding. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend using them as processes definitely could be simplified and they cost me money with all the delays to my remortgage process (if somehow I could have stopped the process and asked for compensation I would have done), I did raise these concerns at the time and seemed to get boohooed. If I had another chance I would not use them if it could be helped.
