1 star too many. Moved in to a clean flat, spent hours cleaning to the same standard and get charged a cleaning bill. Unfortunately I didn’t take photos of every spec of dust when moving in so my claims were invalid. They even charged me £77 to plug something in and refused to meet me at the property to do it for them. AVOID at all costs. Edit after reply: Just to clarify, do you call out an electrician when you change the batteries in a smoke detector? The cap just needs putting back on. £77 for that I was charged. The property was left in exactly the same condition as when I moved in. Any reputable letting agent would agree to meet you at the property and go through the report, allowing you to rectify any minor things. Not these guys, they’d rather just steal your money.

Rent with them for 5 years

Rent with them for 5 years, after I get a house with dirty walls and carpet, a garden full off overgrown plants. Take care off it make it perfect. In the end when I move I've been charge cleaning fee where I let the house on a better condition that I've recive. They will do anything to don't give you back the deposit. No matter of you invest in that house and make it better. Make sure you take photos when you move it.. the photos they have was 5 years old from when I move it. I WILL NOT recommend. PLus will take ages to repair stuff in the house. I've waited 3 days for a shower replacement. Most off the time I've give up and do it myself. Avoid they unprofessional. Aswell prepare for push you every year in a fix 12 months contract, even where they will tell you from beginning after 12 months is ongoing.. and increase rent every year with the same low service they offer and a " dont give a sh... about you" MK branch. Unprofessional. Avoid if you can. Or prepare to been charge for a dust from a house who was empty for 4 days.

Excellent service

Avoid at all costs!

Since moving into our rented property December 2020, we have had countless issues with this company. Not only did we report maintenance issues on the first night, (these were ignored) we were constantly ignored over the whole duration of our tenancy, lied to and made out to be naive. Maintenance issues were not taken seriously and we constantly had to follow up with emails and numerous phone calls to get anything sorted. We had severe sewage issues that took several days to even get someone to come and look at. Damp issues on all the ceilings which was raised in the first month of the tenancy. (This was one of the many reasons why we ended the tenancy early). Certain members of staff were incredibly rude and would ignore emails. When my housemate rang to complain, we were told multiple times that a specific person wasn't available to take a call. (I had to email again to ask for receipt of a previous email). The response we both got was ' sorry we didn't get your previous email or we can't see that email from you.' We moved out early for many reasons and due to the shocking state the property was in. The agents were utterly useless. The landlord was trying to charge us an extortionate amount of money to 'redecorate' the whole house for her to sell. We asked the agents for evidence of this 're-decoration' and emails were ignored by the agents for days and eventually after several follow up emails, we were sent two fuzzy photos as 'evidence'. Both me and my housemate disputed this claim and it was taken to the TDPS dispute scheme where we were rightfully awarded ALL our money back! Furthermore, the agents and the landlord broke GDPR laws and opened our confidential mail (bills and a court letter for a previous tenant) they opened them without our consent and then scanned them via email to us. The agents even opened and sent us someone else's court letter with personal information on it. (We reported this to the ICO) We just moved out from the property and we had already provided forwarding addresses for them to contact us via. I would not recommend this company and I would stay clear at all costs.

Me and my partner were looking to sell…

Me and my partner were looking to sell our apartment. Went with other estate agents but just felt like another number. Nobody called for any updates. Even when there was a booking for a viewing we had to chase for the updates. Decided to try elevation as we had previously viewed some apartments by them so thought we would give them a try. Best decision we made. A very pleasant man called Jason looked after us until the exchange of contracts. Even when there was not a lot happening or we were waiting for the solicitors to fulfill requests, Jason always made sure to contact either me or my partner to keep us in the loop and always remained accessible if we had any questions. I have given elevation as a company 5* and 4 of those stars belong to Jason. Truly outstanding. Peter Conteh

Great service

We worked with elevation to help us move from London to Bedfordshire. The process was incredibly smooth and the service was excellent. We didn't find them to be pushy or aggressive like other agents. From first contact they were working towards finding our dream home within our chosen budget and 3 months later we are finally there. Thank you Elevation!
