Had issues getting the replacement pods and customer service cannot seem to explain why I can order the kit (which is the pod+battery) and not just the replacement pod (it’s also half the price).

Bought a foger disposable vape from them, Two disposable tanks, both coils burnt out less than a week. Their response to me was your shit out of luck we don’t return disposables. Out $50 for nothing when I could’ve just bought vape juice to continue using my old system. I’ve been buying juice from them for years. Will find a new company. Their customer service sucks. I have a disposable with almost a full tank that will go in the trash because the coil is burnt.

There crooks!!!! Do not order from this fake company. They will steal your money and you wont receive nothing but the loss of your money. Try get a refund and they'll file a claim on your behalf thru there fake incompetence shipping company. Do not waist your money or time on these crooks

I can not complain about Element Vape. My problem is with their shipping. My order was placed on 6-2 and I received it today 6-19. Element Vape sent it to the carrier on 6-4. Trying to track it was non-existent for they do not update. I felt shipping was very expensive and very slow. I feel the company would do better shipping USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Would be less expensive and prompt.

Untrustworthy, worst costumer service, they will make promos sketchy and refuse to honor them, stay away!!

Decent company, lots of products and good prices. However, shipping is a complete crapshoot and you'll end up wasting hours with support tickets, chats, and begging some scumbag delivery service to actually deliver your package.

I literally emailed y’all the day after I received my order to tell you one of the devices I was sent does not work!!! Nobody has even bothered to respond!!

The prices are amazing. 90% of what they sell is amazing. They are my number one go to for anything related to vape or other. They always have your order out the door with a day or two. Amazing company. With that being said... The couriers they use are absolute dog shit. Spends a week in Cali before it even leaves the state, spends 5 days on the road to East coast. Another 5 to get from main facility to state local. When it does finally get here, our local couriers have it at my door within a day. Whatever these "new shipping networks" they are using are straight garbage. Wish they'd go back to whatever they were doing before. And the 3rd party portal tracking they use is pointless. Never updates. Pretty sure they just use it to cover their ass on showing they actually processed and shipped it. $20 for 5-30 day ground shipping on a package that weighs less than a bagel is an absolute joke. I wish they'd tell you what couriers they actually use cause I'd be leaving this review for them instead. I swear I'm paying for delivery by horseback....

These reviews are fake! If you look on Reddit and elsewhere online you see people complaining about the shipping but yet not in the reviews. I've ordered from them three times over several years and every time it takes 3 to 4 weeks to deliver. I keep thinking the last one was a fluke. No, and the track package button they provide in their email provides no tracking information at all. I live in Southwest Florida and get Temu packages quicker. If you don't mind waiting a month, that's perfectly fine but please don't post fake reviews that mislead people.
