I can’t really remember why I stopped shopping at element vape. It was probably because they stopped carrying my preferred juice. I’m glad I remembered their website.

Checkin gout online was horrible. It said order processing for about 4 minutes then did nothing else. Went right back to the cart screen so I had no clue if the order went thru or not. It did not take me to a thanks for your order page, a here’s your order number page, nothing. Just right back to my cart like the order didn’t go thru. Had I not looked at my bank account I would have never known it actually went thru.

It was easy to find what I was looking for. Good selection and good price.

I have purchased seven or eight of your vapes two of which have never worked. I’m not sure why and one that worked for about four or five months and then stopped charging. I really like the little pods that are completely clear. You can put a lot more liquid into them and it’s easier to monitor.

The ability to find what I needed along with the great prices that I can always count on is what makes the experience great to me.
