I'm going to 1 star review this place everywhere possible!!! Trust me, I have the time! The customer service is horrible! They do not respond to questions and they are cancel order happy. Plenty of better sites to go to that don't involve 72 steps. Wedding anniversary gift to a friend was saved by SmokeDay. Go there. This place stinks!!!!!!!!!

I payed for expedited shipping. It says it'll take 7 days for my order to get here. Purchase Confirmation on the 1rst, charged on the 3rd and delivery on the 10th. The internet and your site says 2-3 days.

It's been 2 days and I still haven't even gotten an update on the delivery. A tracking number with no info. Would be nice if that was a little faster. We will see if it comes in 5 days like it claims but at this pace it doesn't seem likely.

The website currently is and always has been relatively easy to use. I guess one complaint would be that I ordered a Steam Crave Pumper the other day that you claimed was in stock only to have my order cancelled and refunded to me. I guess your inventory management system had a discrepancy. So if you want to fix something, fix that :)

After selecting my purchase and cost, upon purchase the amount doubled! I had no idea of this exorbitant shipping fees and taxes, including the fact I de- selected the delivery insurance which was added upon purchase. I learned a lesson and will not purchase any products here again.

SMOK is my favorite vape producer, I buy everything from this brand all the time, it doesn't matter if these are full-fledged vaping kits, dispensables or anything else. I had over 5 or 6 devices from this brand and I tend to updated the device any time a new version is released, cuz as a rule new version has way more perks like digital screen where I can adjust settings and so on. Nice shop.
