I am very aggravated!!! I placed my order on March 2nd. It is the 17th and I still have NOT received my order yet. I get it takes sometime, but this is way to long and the amount that I spent. This will be my last order here. I will find another site
I’m very frustrated. I placed my order three weeks ago and it continued to be rerouted until it was finally returned to you the sender. Instead of attempting to make up for the last three weeks of my purchase, I get an email that I have to wait five more days for a refund and also another email that the points of my purchase were subtracted from my account.
My order is still not here…over 2 weeks later. I am leaving to go out of town for a week and made a decision to purchase from your business due to my prior business experience. My order was 45 minutes away in Orlando a few days ago, and now it is further away on the other side of the state! If I would have known to expect shipping to take this long (after leaving for shipment) I would have chose a different company. I’m perplexed about the shipment route and very disappointed regarding the amount of time it has been and my order is still not on it way, or in transit.

Great products at reasonable prices, but their shipping is so G.D. slow. If you want or need your product in a timely manner do not I repeat DO NOT order from this site. It is slower than the pony express.
Make sure to order whatever you need a month before you need it because that’s how long they’ll take to get it to you. Worst shipping I’ve ever experienced and when you contact customer service they’re like 🤷♂️ “oh well”. NEVER AGAIN
I attempted to purchase items from this website, the checkout was such a hassle and it kept telling me the order didn’t go through. The next day I opened my bank account to see that they still charged me the $150 even though the order did not go through. I contacted support to try to get my money back it’s been 3 days and the only response i’ve gotten is from a bot that doesn’t even understand my issue. Would not recommend purchasing from this site, if you want your items go to the actual brands website instead.
Very good prices and selection but the processing and shipping times are horrible. It’s like they’re sending it via bike messenger cross country so you’re looking at 2 weeks before the order arrives.
Easy order. Familiar products. Better pricing than vape shops. Reasonable postal service delivery time. Edit to original…was no signature required so the fee was for naught and the vape works intermittently. I have another of the same vape and have no problems with it.
The Good: - Shipping to Washington, DC took 7 days from order 👍 - Their prices 👍 The Bad: Shipping itself was fine, but the way their site tracks shipping after you’ve ordered still needs work. Website showed a tracking # - but days later showed the order as Processing again w/out any tracking number. (*Solution*: When u get the shipping confirmation email, click “Track” & save tracking # somewhere so you don’t have to rely on their website)

Super fast delivery! I placed my order on Monday & it was delivered to me on Wednesday u can't beat that! My only complaint is that I can't order any flavored ejuice or disposables bcuz i live in California but that's not there fault they are just following the law! It sucks for me tho lol.
Shipping experience is horrible. 5 weeks since ordered, tracking show package hasn't moved in 3 weeks. Customer support is no help at all.
