Lost 2 packages... Ordered one that seems to never be coming. Been at Same Mail facility over a month. Thought maybe I would pay the extra shipping and for shipping protection and order another package. Nope they lost it. I have been going to element vape for years. They were always reliable... But now they are not at all. They lost a life long customer.

I ordered from Element Vape a month ago. All tracking information has been miniscule. The lack of communication from seller has been infuriating. The lies of attempted failed deliveries was the last straw for me. This order experience has been the most frustrating ordeal I have ever encountered. If you are thinking about ordering from them, I urge you to find a different seller as I would never want anyone to pay out hard earned money with nothing to show for it. I believe they are dishonest and shady at the very least. I question all the positive reviews they do have as my experience has been anything but successful.

Still have not received order placed 5/12. Ordered express shipping and insurance. Mute nothing! Never again. Beware!!!!!!!!

It was signed by someone who was not the recipient. And we never received the order. I’m very upset and disappointed.

3 weeks after placing the order now it's marked delivered. Address is correct but no one signed for it I was home at that time. I would expect to at least be able to tell me which carrier attempted to deliver? No pickup slip or anything other than their tracking. Never heard of their tracking before. All I know is I'm out 50 bucks and never got what I ordered their emails are reassuring but nothing more than that. Local vape shop Nova 5 vape same price minus shipping and adult signature fee. Freaking kidding me lots of good that did! Hate having to call the bank and file disputes so unless that's something you want to go through and if you want to save some money in case they're legit order elsewhere!!

Sent the wrong coils and was unwilling to make right. Will no longer purchase supplies from element vape.

Don't pay extra for shipping. Product not delivered in the time the site says it will. FYI still haven't received my items with no eta on when it will be delivered. Only got an automated response when asking for a refund of the shipping at least. I don't know when or if I will receive the items I paid for. It is may 22 2025 and I ordered on May 2 2025

Would not recommend. My order got held up "processing" and that status never changed. Because I didn't pay for extra shipping insurance, I am just out of luck. No product, no refund, SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Paid for expedited shipping and then found out after two weeks that expedited shipping is only for west coast shipping. This was not outlined clearly at the time of the order. The shipping company then told me that they lost my products and even though I sent them confirmation of the lost package, they will not issue a refund.

I ordered the items like a month ago and I still didn’t receive any of the things that I bought what a waste of 30 dollars

On the plus, I've always gotten my items from them through the years and their automation system runs efficient. Updates stock, auto sends update emails, order emails, etc. When I've had to ask for help it's not always a fun experience. As someone that's worked in customer service in a past life and received many above and beyond awards, I expect at least minimal customer service. Nothing crazy like I'd have done but just no apathy vibes. I get apathy vibes here. The latest incident was, I just had a very BASIC question on RTA vaping that was product (cash in their pocket) related. Wanting to know if a brand's mesh wire spool would work with a certain RTA tank. I was literally told to contact the Chinese manufacturer. Pretty lazy / apathy response. And I did in fact try to contact the Chinese manufacturer, but their online form is broken and wouldn't allow the submit to work on their form, which I explained to EV. No reply, simply could not care less. This was a very simple question that any corner vape store would have been thrilled to answer for me, nothing crazy. I just don't like when businesses treat you like a nuisance, do better EV

Deceitful advertising and trash customer service. Spent a good amount of $ on a "staub wood" mod and I get some cheap plastic pos!!! Deceitful company that exists just to take advantage of vapers. Avoid at all costs.
