Prices are fair. It was posted in one place that free shipping was over $90 but my checkout wouldn't give free shipping until I ordered $115. There was no clear shipping policy stated on your helpful links . It would be helpful to have the shipping policy/terms clearly available.

Thanks to our good ole government, I can no longer get disposable vapes shipped to my address (24073). That’s all I do is use disposables so this site no longer does me any good whatsoever. It allowed me to add them to cart and everything. Took about 45 minutes to pick and choose what I wanted. I go to check out and they said they can’t ship disposables to 24073. I’m so irritated by that! Now I’m stuck going to 1 of 3 vape shops locally and they hardly ever have what I ACTUALLY want. UGH!

Prices are extremely reasonable and also your company has a variety of products to choose from along with e-juices which are very reasonably priced as well way better than the local shops in my town I will be continuing to order from element Vape from here on out

Great vape choice (the American 4 Seasons Tobacco is great). Shipping is way too long. There should be an expedited 2-3 day option. Also, got issues logging in and retrieving my password. The IT environment felt complicated, but maybe it was a glitch. Again, my main issue is how long it takes to get my order delivered.

Very hard to navigate website. I searched for a specific item, a page with many different items came up had to search through the page to find my item and then the discription was vague at best. Element Vape has everything, if you can find it!
