Hey how are u guys. I hope all is good and business is on track. I have been satisfied with the product this far. My last order was a disappointment. The disposable grape flavored indica; torch THC disposable 7.5 clogged and bleed 🩸. bleed out more than half the product. After it reached about 1/3 of use. But I guess it's one of those hits; win or lose. Ty.

So, what I ordered was smooth no issues but element vapes website needs some work, because I don’t know if shipping services like ups, usps, and FedEx are not delving vape products. Wanted to order some e-juice but site won’t allow me to order and therefore asks me delete my order. Also not aware of any vape changes with ordering or state laws in general.

I consider my hemp product purchases medicine and they have added great value to my life. I have a mental disability, and it greatly helps improve my function. With the products I'm able to manage mental anguish and pain helping my mind slow and get into restful sleep state.

Store mostly has everything I need, and this is good! Shipping could be faster to be honest. That's what is missing.

Easy ordering. Not too happy about the extended shipping times, tho. If I'm paying for the shipping, FedEx or UPS should be offered at the appropriate cost.

I found the brand and flavor of vape juice i wanted, but the strength is not available. I prefer 0mg. nicotine but I purchased the 3mg. Hopefully I can find more 0mg in the future.

The quantities are all wrong... Im so disappointed. I ordered 1 pod now says on the order 2, I ordered 1 of a flaver of juice and now says 2 and then I ordered 3 of another and it says 1. This is so upsetting!

You have great options to choose from. Biggest selection i have seen by far for an online store. You even had five pawns which I don't think I have seen anywhere except buying direct from their website. Prices are not bad except for all the taxes and what not which I get is the law, just stinks. Unless something very wrong with order I will be purchasing again.
