Everything was great and arrived quickly. There was an issue where unfortunately I was sent the wrong size drip tip, however I still gave five stars because customer service immediately rectified the situation and sent the correct one. The process to fix that was quick and easy! The juice I purchased I could not find anywhere here locally and even when I could Element is six dollars a bottle cheaper than the local shops. That more than pays for the shipping when I get multiple bottles. Thanks again! I'll be back!

My experience was great, I received my order with no problems, my only gripe is with the website itself, when browsing and selecting various sort and filter it helps you find what you are looking for but once you click on a product to see more information and details if you decide to go back to the previous page it undoes all the filters and any sorting that you hade entered so you have to basically start your search all over again and that gets real annoying real fast.

received wrong items. return policy holds your money hostage, further penalizing the customer who received the wrong products. replacements/refunds wont be issued until the customer spends extra money for a proper return box as to not damage the mistakenly sent items (element vape will ship all of their products in bubble envelopes but insist that you choose more robust shipping options when returning items. makes sense.) furthermore, this policy isnt made clear until AFTER you have chosen a refund resolution, at this point in time I am trying to change my refund resolution but customer service stopped replying after i explicitly requested a refund. How nice. I dont understand how this company's mistake has to compound and hurt the customer. How difficult does it have to be: "sorry we sent the wrong product, we will begin your new order ASAP" its paid for. and now you wont give it to me because....you sent me the wrong stuff? how is this not theft? especially when I literally feel stolen from. i paid for something and didnt receive it, and im being penalized for it.

I didn't like the fact that you won't ship flavored e juice to California. That law is stupid and it sucks. If parents don't want their kids to vape then they should try actually parenting their kids. Every smoke shop I go into sells flavored e juice. And you denied me tobacco flavors. Anyways, I would prefer buying juice from you because Of like your prices better than the smoke shops. Other than that, I've been buying here for at least 5 years. You should not worry about that stupid law in CA. Nobody honors it here.
