My online experience was interrupted a hundred times by banners asking me if I want to receive more promotional emails. A hundred times I said I do not want to receive more promotional emails. But you would not stop. If you cannot control this behavior I will be forced to shop elsewhere. Today, as I write this review, somebody called "trust pilot" asks me below if I would "be happy to" receive more promotional emails!

Charged for shipping when it says shipping is free orders over 90 mine was subtotal 99.90 after all discounts and I was still charged or I would have never ordered that much also they charge unheard of stupid taxes and don't even warn about them it's a bs money scam and I will not be ordering from here ever again

I can always count on Element Vape to have what I need. I'm disabled so those trips to the dispensary were a real chore for me. With Element Vape I only have to walk to my front door. Great selection of products I am not able to find locally.

I just completed a purchase and thus far everything has been great. The website is easy to navigate and user friendly, prices for what I was looking for were great, and checkout was smooth. There was a bit of a challenge with initial set up of billing vs shipping addresses as they are currently different for me, but that's not a big deal. At my age it was probably on me ;) Looking foward to the vape supplies on the way!
