My order took a couple of weeks but I knew where it was from the on line tracker. Sadly one item was damaged in transit which I emailed about, I had a reply within an hour and DIY Art are in the process of sending me a voucher as a refund. The customer service was exceptional, speedy and they were very apologetic . I can’t wait to start my painting, it’s very therapeutic and relaxing.

This company has proven itself to us. We have made repeated purchases. Had an issue with one purchase that was minor. The way they responded and handled the issue was first class. They are Professional, Attentive, Respectful, and Sincere in dealing with their customers. I would highly recommend them as their response times are good and their attention to detail. Feel confident that you will be dealt with as a values customer.

I ws worried about the poor reviews. The quality for the price was excellent. The paper is a good quality thick canvas style, the paints are in great little tubs with easy to remove lids, there are three paint brushes to use. Yes it does take quite some time to arrive but they do send updates. I have never done paint by numbers before and I am obsessed. It keeps you off your phone or screens and it's great to create something beautiful. Very relaxing. I was worried about the negative reviews, apart from slow delivery its a fantastic kit, I am completley converted!

The process is both calming and exciting. Calming while you paint, exciting as the image comes to life. It’s a rare mix, and I think that’s what keeps me coming back.

What makes it stand out is how truly anyone can do it. You don’t need skill or training, just patience. And once you’re done, you’re left with something worth keeping instead of tossing aside.

It’s rare to find an activity that pulls me away from screens. Painting did exactly that;I get quiet time, focus, and a break from the noise. That balance is something I didn’t realize I was missing until I found it.

Everything about the kit feels thoughtful, from the packaging to the quality of the tools. You can tell some care went into designing it. That attention shows up in how smooth the whole process feels.

I have ordered mini paintings pre Christmas in 2025, they kept me updated when the order is arriving, everything was ok, paint, brushes and canvas great quality. I ordered something for my friend this year, was updated about delivery. One of the paint pots was open when the order arrived, I sent photos and I had a confirmed replacement of all the pots in the post within the working day. Excellent customer service! Will definitely buy again!

I did some work for DIY Art Club and they have refused to pay me. Once the service was delivered, they ghosted me, never replied and will not reply to my emails. MARCH 20th UPDATE: The invoice remains unpaid 3 months after invoice. They have assured me they have paid via PayPal, which they haven't. I also never agreed to PayPal. I will keep following up with the brand and update here accordingly.

The sense of progress is what kept me coming back. Each painted section felt like unlocking a part of the final image. It gave me the same kind of anticipation as finishing a puzzle, but with more color.

A few friends who don’t consider themselves creative tried it with me, and they actually loved it. Nobody felt lost, and everyone ended up with something nice. Seeing their reactions made me appreciate the kit even more.

I simply have not received my order. I have queried this but it seems that it cannot be tracked. I’ve asked for a refund but this has not been forthcoming. Will need to pursue with credit card company. Do not buy from this site.

I don't think I have ever worked with a company more attentive than Diy Artclub. Every question I had was answered quickly and completely. I was concerned that I would have to pay customs and taxes if the products were shipped from the U.K. (I never buy anything from the U.K. for that reason), but the staff responded quickly and assured me the products were shipped from an E.U. country. In reviewing the products specifically, I was very impressed with the canvasses, brushes and paint. My goal is to have a finished product that looks professional and the products provided sets me up for success. My only request of the company is to change some terminology. They offer the customer the option to purchase "frames" or not. Technically, the word, 'frame' in the art world is a decorative piece to be placed on the outside front of the art to aid in hanging. But, Diy Artclub has changed the meaning of 'frame'. if you do not order the frame, your canvases will be rolled and shipped to you in a narrow long box. A canvas that is stretched on "stretcher bars" attached to the back of the canvas is a stretched canvas, not a framed one. This is the correct terminology they should be using at the point of purchase. All in all, my experience with Diy Artclub was wonderful and I will definitely shop with them again!

Sometimes I paint while listening to music, other times a podcast, and it’s the perfect background activity. It doesn’t demand too much, but it still keeps me engaged. I honestly think it’s improved how I wind down at the end of the day.

The instructions were clear without being overwhelming. I never had to stop and wonder what to do next. It’s rare to find directions that are helpful without feeling bossy, and these got it right.

This company is a scam. Please do not buy from them. If I could give a minus rating I would. They store card details to make duplicate orders and refuse to process any refunds. My husband is currently seeking advice from trading standards and looking at small claims court to try and get a refund on the items that were returned in line with the company returns policy. This has now been going on for months.

Order purchased on the 27th November 2025. No information was received by email, no receipt nothing. Got in touch with them numerous times only to be asked question after question with answers and evidence given from my bank statements. I requested a refund numerous times but they advised the items where on their way so I created a dispute with my bank which the company disagreed with. I missed the dates to pass all my emails onto the bank so was advised to close the dispute which I did on the 5th of January. The items had arrived a week before Christmas but damaged and I had two sets of the same item when I only ordered one. Checking my bank statements they had taken more money out my account in the early hours of the morning. I have been trying to get a refund of over £160 and paid to return the items and send all the tracking details to them. Today I got my bank to send me proof of dispute closer and when I passed it to them they have no idea who I am, don't have a record of my email address and or purchase numbers even after forwarding the emails with the numbers.....from them. I do not want this happening to anyone else The company uses stock photo's of employees which can be found anywhere online. This company is a scam company and I have no idea how they are still able to trade.

Don't bother. I ordered at the very beginning of January and still have not received my order one week in to Feb. Customer service are quick to reply but with no extra information and little reassurance.

I love that this one kit gives both relaxation while working and pride at the end. Usually hobbies are one or the other, but this manages to be both. That’s why I’ve already thought about trying another design.
