Helpful & understanding customer service

I ordered the Golden Profile Paint by numbers picture, which take about 2 weeks to be delivered, when it got delivered the box was damaged like it had heavy boxes placed on top of it even though the package had a few fragile sticker on it. Inside the box there were instructions, a few paint brushes and the canvas with the picture on it which was rolled like a tube, but the box arrived, squashed and flatted. When I unrolled the canvas, it had creased/crinkly lines running throughout the picture. I sent Diy art club customers service an email with pictures of proof and explained everything. Customer service got back to me and apologised, they also said it was the delivery company fault. They told me to try a few things to get rid of the creases/crinkles in the canvas and I must let them know if it worked or not. I did what they said but I was not happy with the outcome. So I emailed them back, they apologised and offered me a gift voucher of what I spent with extra. I accepted the offer. I did this because the quality of the canvas the picture is on is very good, the instructions are clear and im still looking forward to painting a picture from this company, the only thing I will do differently when i use my voucher is i will order a wooden frame to stretch the canvas or the versatile wooden easel which I think you need if you don't want pain in your neck from looking down all the time while you paint and it's also good for storage. This company have a 50% offer, which is a good time to buy and try it for yourself.
