I wish it were possible to leave a negative number of stars! Mistakes happen but reputable companies do what they promise - DIY-Artclub does not. We ordered a product from DIY-ARTCLUB on 19/12/2025 intending it to be given as a Christmas gift. We received it on 30/12/2025 however it was badly damaged and not fit to be given as a gift. On 5/01/2026 we emailed requesting a full refund in line with their guarantee “100% Money-Back Guarantee if You’re Not Satisfied”. They requested photos - we sent multiple photos, from all angles, outside and inside. They responded that we were outside of their 14 day return period, which we were not. They acknowledged that the packaging (not the product box) was damaged during transit, but bizarrely claimed that the product was completely undamaged, although the product box was badly crushed and the canvas inside creased. They then sent us instructions for flattening the canvas which were not relevant as we had already rejected the product based on the crushed box, which was intended as a gift. They have a clear & unambiguous “100% money-back guarantee if you’re not satisfied”. We are not satisfied and have asked repeatedly for a full refund. Do not be fooled by the sophisticated website. Beware. We strongly advise you avoid these people. UPDATE FOLLOWING RESPONSE BELOW FROM DIT ARTCLUB… I sent almost exactly the same message to them on messenger, which they have ignored. You should be aware that their responses are always a model of politeness. Do not be fooled. They do not honour their 100% money back guarantee

Thank you I recieved today, the quality of the material with the paint by numbers is very good! The paints are good too, as well as the paintbrushes. I had contacted the customer support team as I was weary about the poor reviews on TP, they reassured me and I’m very happy with their response time. My delivery took roughly about 8 days. This art should keep me and my daughter busy for some time.

It’s become my go-to way to relax in the evenings. I sit down, paint quietly, and by the time I’m done, I feel calmer. That ritual has replaced scrolling my phone, and I honestly don’t miss it.

Its just another dropshipping website. Normally I don’t mind but the quality was actually really bad for my paintings, the colours are off and the shapes in the painting are off too. It looks like its a low quality image screenshotted and then automatically turned into paint by number.

While the quality isn’t bad, I don’t think it’s worth the prices. I ordered during the Christmas sale too so I got a discounted price but there’s a few issues I have with these paint by numbers : 1. The paintings are not attached to a sturdy canvas, and I feel it should have been made very clear on the website that you’d need an easel. I had to order one separately from Amazon because ordering from this company again would mean I’d wait another month to even try painting these. 2. The actual paint pots are not numbered based on the correlating section of the painting. Instead they send you instructions and your own labels so before you can even paint you get to spend 20-30 minutes labeling your paint pots. The colors are also not accurate to what is shown in the model photos of the paintings on the website/instructions. 3. The brushes they come with are absolutely terrible. They immediately started shedding as I was painting and I was definitely not using enough pressure to cause them to fall out. This means you’ll also need to order quality brushes separately. Overall if you’re willing to let these things go it’s probably a fun activity for children. I guess I’m just disappointed because I got a small painting kit from a different brand after this for $15 at a thrift store and it was higher quality and came with everything you needed, including an easel. Seeing that makes me regret spending so much money with this company.

I was worried I’d lose interest, but I kept coming back because I wanted to see more of the picture appear. Each section reveals something new, and that kept me hooked. It reminded me of peeling back a mystery bit by bit.

The design itself has so much detail. It doesn’t feel like just filling in blocks; it really feels like you’re building a piece of art. I caught myself treating it more carefully than I expected because it looked so impressive halfway through.

The variety of brush sizes is a small thing that makes a big difference. Larger spaces are easy to fill, and the little corners feel precise and clean. I didn’t realize how satisfying tiny details could be until now.

What caught me off guard was how the picture slowly comes together. At first the colors seem random, and then suddenly you’re staring at a clear design. That reveal moment feels like a secret unfolding right in front of you.

Definitely try this company! My experience has been nothing but positive. I would suggest buying framed as it’s easier to paint. The colours are thick and pigmented and I had left over paint. The canvas was smooth and the numbers were clear. I was very happy with how mine turned out.

Order was marked as ‘delivered’ over two weeks ago. I’ve been chasing it since then. Having to retell my reasoning to the person that replies. I’ve started quoting the last customer service person. They won’t tell which company who the tracking number is from. They eventually sent a screenshot of clearly not my house and still kept the name of the company hidden. I’ve asked 3 times who delivers it and keep being asked to check around my door and with my neighbours. It’s been almost 3 weeks now. Don’t expect it to be cleared up anytime soon but I’m not giving up.

The numbers are printed clearly on the canvas, which takes away any confusion. It feels organized and beginner-friendly, and that made me relax and just enjoy it.

Excellent company. My order was an item short, I emailed and got a reply the same day. They checked my missing item and sent it out the next day. Quality of the canvas and paints are great. Iv had paint by numbers before where the paint is so thin it doesn’t cover. Look forward to ordering again

I thought it might look a bit cheap when finished, but I was wrong. Once framed, it genuinely looks like gallery art. It still makes me smile when I walk past it.

I was very scared because of the bad reviews I read online. I did a lot of research, but it didn’t really help me trust the company… but I decided to place an order anyway. My shipping to Italy took about two weeks, which is a bit longer than some other companies. However, my order arrived in perfect condition, with no damage at all. I am honestly and positively surprised, because I had zero positive expectations, and instead I am very, very happy that I placed this order. Everything is perfect. Usually I don’t write reviews, but my expectations were so low that when the package arrived, I couldn’t resist sharing my opinion. That is completely genuine, no one asked me to write it. I chose to do so because I was so worried after reading negative reviews and now I really wonder why there are so many bad experiences, because mine was absolutely positive. I’m really sorry that the website has this reputation, because I am truly satisfied with my order! I recommend you to give them a chance and trying to trust them.. truly believe you won’t regret it. The first time I filled in a numbered spot, I felt this little spark of joy. Something so simple turned into genuine excitement. That feeling just kept growing as more of the picture came together.

Do not trust them to solve their mistakes. They sent me over 10 emails saying how sorry they were I wasn’t happy and they would solve the problem ( the colors they sent me for my custom painting were way off) in one email they said they would send me a new canvas, then the next they said no. After I posted a negative review, they again contacted me saying they wanted to help me. After a few more emails they said they were right and wouldn’t fix the problem. You’re risking you’re money if you buy from them, I lost $45 dollars

I ordered a mini paint canvas set via Insta. I then checked Trustpilot (wrong way round!) and panicked at the bad reviews BUT I felt the need to write a positive review as I would have never ordered if I'd read Trustpilot first! We're so used to products being delivered almost instantly, and this isn't, it took around 2 weeks from ordering to arrive, but so worth it. It's coming from China (but isn't everything these days). I tried to find a comparable product to buy locally but couldn't. Packaging was fine, nothing damaged, I ordered the mini canvasses, so that perhaps protected them a little in transit. I've a second order on the way - can't wait to receive!

15th November I wrote a review Of DIY Art Club Two packages arrived battered and unusable and past the date that they were needed. I complained twice and nothing was done about it. They replied with contact us and we will Resolve your complaint when I reviewed with one star on trust pilot I contacted and was told they would get back to me this never happened. This company has no intention whatsoever of refunding money or resolving complaint. THEY ISSUE CRAP GOODS FROM CHINA DO NOT BUY AVOID AT ALL COSTS AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY

Placed an order on the 10th December and still not recieved a month later. Customer service emails seem automated and not responsive as soon as you request a refund.
