Excellent customer experience
My order took a couple of weeks but I knew where it was from the on line tracker. Sadly one item was damaged in transit which I emailed about, I had a reply within an hour and DIY Art are in the process of sending me a voucher as a refund. The customer service was exceptional, speedy and they were very apologetic . I can’t wait to start my painting, it’s very therapeutic and relaxing.
