My first time here. I wasn't sure what to expect. I was made to feel at ease straight away. Everyone is super friendly. Clean, prompt and professional. From the ladies on reception, dentist, scan professionals. Waiting for my consultation but pleasantly surprised. Anna, Dee and Karimah gave it that extra special touch ❤️

Lied to me from the beginning, for instance I was told before I went down to London from the north west of England that intravenous sedation would be £780 it turned out it was £1480, the most expensive in the UK. They told me I would not need a chaperone because I was staying in a nearby hotel and it was OK to get a taxi back to my hotel,so after signing some forms and paying a £299 deposit the day after I was told I need a chaperone, ok then tell me when the operation is,and they won't until a give them the name of a chaperone, and no one would say yes unless they knew the dates,and another thing I went to 3 implant specialist in the northwest you where put in a private room a member of staff came in and explained what the examination consisted of, at dentaprime your in a glorified corridor with up to 8 different people and treated like cattle, parking is horrendous the hotel they recommend is extortionate (they probably get a slice of that to) everyone up in the nortwest said I could have 6 on 4 with ceramic teeth, but dentprime said I could only have snapon acrylic dentures for the same price of ceramic teeth. So I decided not to go with them and asked for my £299 back on of course they said no I signed a contract,(under false pretences) I have informed my bank they are going to pursue the matter with dentaprime. Don't be fooled by their cheap prices, they are cheap for a reason !! .be very very careful with these people and don't make the mistake I made which I did which was a 440 mile round ,just not worth it if anything goes wrong,they can't be trusted.
