I'm about to finish my journey with Dentaprime. The start was OK with the installation of the implants with temp teeth. I had the top done first and a few weeks later the bottoms. About 2 weeks after the bottoms had been done the top teeth split. And about a few days later the bottoms chipped. I spoke on the phone with dentaprime and they said they would see if it could be done under warranty as I had not had them long Then to be told no they were 3 days out of 30days. I then had to pay just short of 500 to have the temp teeth replaced. Its been about a 2 months and now the top are chipped and the bottom split in half. I have my finals in a month but rest assured if I don't get the sub standard temps fixed it will be my fault. I'm very disappointed in the service I have received. Buyer be ware. Let's hope dentaprime in good faith fix these after 2 months in my mouth again. My last appointment for the replacement temps was the 13th of December. It's now the 12th of Feb and they are gone again. Complete substandard materials for the job. I'm very concerned about the quality of materials for my final teeth. Dentaprime please fix this.. its not fair. I will keep this review updated once I know more. It's always possible, and I am a one-off. Update: Unfortunately its the same old story. I have to pay another 200+ if I want it replaced. I now have to go in for final fitment and they will not refit the broken set. So I am no expected to walk around with no bottom teeth for a week or cough up the money. Disappointing but not much I can do. Update 01/03/25 I have had my finals fitted. I did NOT have to walk around with no teeth. The dentist repaired them for me TY TY TY. I will say they look amazing the final result is perfect. The saving grace in all this was the last dentist to work on my teeth. I wish I could remember his name so I can mention him here. He was very very professional and attentive. He listened to my worries and address any issues without question. I had to see him for the last 2 visits and his advise on the changes to make to the teeth were bang on. The finals are brand new and I have been assured they will last. I was also given a mouth guard (finally). I'm changing my rating as the last bit of this journey has been much better. Thank you dentaprime for a great final result. Perhaps the relationship isn't that broken. :) Update: 13/3/25 13 Days later and the PMMA on the top teeth have cracked already. I've not eating anything hard and wear the mouth guard dentaprime gave me. This is such a bad system I am so disappointed. I've had to miss work loads for all the issues I've had to the point my work is threatening me with disiplnary action. The one wood thing is it's under warranty now. I'll keep this review updating. Lower my score again.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful

It's been a journey but well worth every second. I'm now nearly at the end of my journey and so pleased with ever aspect of my treatment. From the front of house staff to the dentists have been exceptionall. I can't recommend dentaprime enough.
