Please ensure to look out for everything in writing to avoid an expected suprise arround extra payment. My husband was paid a large amount following issue with his tooth that has fall due to gam diseases. He is young man and was very happy when he see this place in ads and went to do full implant work . Paying all his saving throughout his lifetime and was rushed to sign a contractand ask to pay immediately that he did. He never been explained he will need to pay additional fees if any issue arise during his treatment period but on his second stage of his treatment he was asked to pay extra as one of his implant rejected and my husband was advise to take Vitamin D. My husband was very furious as he have not explained on his consultation that he will need to pay extra if any issue might arise. He has now being told if he doesn't pay the money he will loss all implant and they put him in a diffcult situation that he cant offord to pay but extrmily worried he will loss all his implant. When you call them to ask why this is not rectified during his consultation, staff was very arrogant and luck of traning around good customer service. No escalation or complaint procedures but they ask you to submit complaints through the website with no timeline for complaints response around urgent matter. However, they threaten you if you don't pay urgently the risk of losses the implant. Horrible and unhelpful people and they shouldn't be considered in the medical field, in my opinion, as they didn't protect valuable people as such as my husband, to make informed decisions.

Had a consultation paid …. Plan looked good so paid £299 deposit then paid £2,600 prior to treatment ….. was ill so had to cancel 2 days b4 ….. then told to re book needed to pay another £200 ….was not happy so I decided to get a second opinion …. New dentist said I did not need a sinus lift etc which dentaprime said I did …. So cancelled and asked for refund after paying over £3000 …I got only £1,300 returned …..abosolute disgusting when they said I needed the wrong treatment
