Great service from everyone at dentaprime really treat you well especially James and Alice nothing is trouble for them very easy going attitude a joy to be around.

I have already wrote a review before, terrible experience, have £900 of our money and no work done, also advised two of our friends to go there, you replied saying please contact us so we can fix this issue, as our customers are important. You havnt answers me since, and my friend have had an awful time too. So we are going to trading standards and a solicitor. In England you can’t treat people this way

Staff are very friendly and supportive . However the sedation I paid £700 for was not that effective . I still felt pain quite severe during the surgery . The most upsetting part and very unprofessional aspect was the dentist who placed the temporary bridge the next day . I informed her I was nervous and anxious prior to the bridge being placed . Her reply “well you can leave then “ . I said what with no teeth and she reikied “well it’s up to you “. Now one would expect she would have reassured me and said of course don’t worry we will take care of you . I only stayed as I would have left with no lower teeth . You can not speak to people in this manner and it is highly unprofessional . As a Dr myself I would never ever speak to a patient in that manner . Seriously was it so hard for her to be polite . Very robotic uninterested and very rude . I left feeling very upset and deeply distressed . When relaying my experience after leaving the clinic the reaction was total dismay . I am very concerned about follow up appointments and have been given no advice about what happens to the stitches. Do they dissolve , do they come out etc . I have told my next stage of treatment is in 5 months and I sincerely hope they still too their word after now reading others reviews . I will not tolerate unprofessional and unethical practises !!
