Excellent treatment from Dr Elena tuma she has been amazing through out. Also James and Alice always give a 100 percent in making sure I'm looked after. Just got home and have had more time to admire my new smile, I’m blown away. Couldn’t be more happier (amazing transformation) a massive thank you to Elena for all your skills and making my experience pain free. And a massive thank to the whole dentaprime team. Absolutely awful place, when you go they are so welcoming put you at ease and once you hand over your hard earned money, they change. I paid £4795 and in terrible pain I live on painkillers. Went to see them to sort this out and explained I was in London for 10 days and can we sort the pain out, I phoned them to remind them didn't hear from Dentaprime until two days after I returned home to ask me to send 5 days off blood pressure reading and do it twice a day, I explained the is nothing wrong with my blood pressure when I asked why all of a sudden they need theses reading only to be told it will be then that they will decided if they can continue with the procedure what a cop out so I might as well say goodbye to my treatment and my money and to think I trusted this company. They don't care that am in constant pain and I am a pensioner who had to save hard for that to give over to con artist??? Well that is a total lie that you tried to contact me on numerous occasions? When did you last speak to me and the was only one appointment I couldn't make to london it was straight after xmas so it was arranged for 4th February which I attended and I also mentioned that I would be in London for another 10 days but you chose to contact me two after I got home to liverpool. Also everytime when you decide to phone I always answer or I phone back if I have missed the call. I have decided am getting know where with Dentaprime so I will be going to see a solicitor and take this further

First how I travelled to get to my appointment in fact was very enjoyable compliments of LNER. I do not agree with your reply in that on your website for example you have a 'Fixed Pricing' Full Mouth Package £6990 with no hidden costs for 'Fixed Non Removable Teeth'. This package includes Six Implants in Upper Jaw Four Implants in Lower Jaw with Temporary Construction for upto six months. For example, In my treatment plan you have priced me for six implants on the upper jaw four implants of which are all for the upper front jaw six missing teeth gap. My research has told me suitable to my affordability I would only need two implants one at each side of the exisiting gap adding 1 to 3 pontics between the gap in total two dental implants to support six artificial teeth. This information is all over the internent on Dental Practice websites. Either way your Full Mouth Package does not exist the price of six implants in the upper jaw if I was to opt for the Full Mouth Package £6990. You have increased the price charge to £15,000 for every treatment what is supposed to be Inclusive for Full Mouth Package. There are three main parts to a dental implant the post the abutment and the crown. I dont have any teeth to extract in that area other than bone augmentation. Dentaprime are mis-leading customers with their advertised inclusive Full Mouth Package but are in fact charged as an extra to the amount of £15,000 for full mouth implant treatment adding onto the price over and above their advertised amount from £6,990. I was originally quoted under £5,000 for implants to my upper jaw there is too much of a deviation jump in my treatment plan to £15,000 for a truthful inclusive Full Mouth Package to exist. Dentaprime is too untrustworthy and no different to all the other many dental practices in this industry who want to extort and exploit vulnerable patients.'LET THE BUYER BEWARE' this company is no to be trusted.

Hope people do their homework on Dentaprime, W0W, I attend their surgery in London, in 2022, like others that have had the same bad experiences, I put it in reviews, because they doubled the estimate on me, so I declined, politely. A couple of years on I see they advertise all on 6 at a very competitive price & request an assessment Dentaprime ignore me because I called them out for hustling; now they don't want to play because they didn't get their own way, diddums, regardless of their response I'll still get my dentistry carried out soon, appointment booked & fees sorted, but they will still & always be big babies if you challenge anything they throw a tantrum; take this into account b4 you accept treatment from them.

Well what can I say my husband’s first appointment today was changed by them to 14.20 which we agree over the phone yesterday then half way into journey here received a message to say the appointment was now changed again to 14.45 after expressing our concerns the appointment was then changed to 15.00 my husband was called at 15.15 and as of16.05 no dentist has appeared what a shit show this place is 18 months ago my husband has a bridge 6/4 implants which split 8 months later we were charged another £1300 to rectify this last year then the second one split in exactly the same place which has now cost us another £5,100. They constantly change appointments we had a block of 4 booked and so far today is our third visit with multiple time change but you would be charged £149 if you tried to book a last minute change we know because we charged that last year this is not a 5* establishment it is more like a posh dental business with monkeys doing the work I wish we had gone to turkey I have seen a lot of work from a few people who have gone and had exactly the same as my husband for £6000 and they look amazing I would definitely not recommend this company if you need work do some research and go abroad they are not all cowboys. Our last appointment is next Tuesday at 13.50 let’s see how this appointment pans and how many times they change it. I will make it very clear the teeth were NOT temporary they were the finished product as usual you people are full of excuses why are you saying they are temporary when you know very well they are not I would honestly recommend you do not use these company yes I expect the odd delay but every appointment three weeks on the trot we was delayed just proves no organisation and no accountability.

Great experience really happy with my final placement anyone thinking of getting treatment done here please do all staff are amazing especially James and Alice.
