I've had no negative experiences with delivery.com thus far. They've been very accommodating when it comes to late food or refunds. Also, there is always some kind of promo code to be found, opposed to grub hub or seamless which always has a catch.

I really enjoy the great efficient service delivery.com offers on a consistent basis. Also love all the discounts and points I earn while experiencing delicious food conveinently in the comfort of my apartment.

Delivery.com makes everything available at your fingertips; the names of restaurants, where they are located, the menu, what they charge for delivery and minimum amount for delivery. They have everything for you to make a choice of where you want to order depending on the delivery amount and what you want to eat. The only problems I have run into so far is on the side of the restaurant's. It can't get any better than what they have available for you that I see. You put your credit card information in and they automatically add on your tip so when the delivery person come all you have to do is take your food. It's a wonderful thing.

I love to use delivery.com, it's easier. It's simple. Cutting those long calls makes my days better

delivery.com's website is much better than seamless. i love the periodic promo codes on weekends, and delivery.com is my go to for placing pickup orders (i tend to avoid delivery).

Delivery.com is a good addition to my regular take-out. The selection of restaurants is a little limited, and finding them on the app a little cumbersome, but checkout is a breeze. Menu items for each restaurant are easy readable and being able to pay with Paypal is a plus. The only thing missing to make this a 5-star service are delivery times. I like to get a delivery estimate so I have a reference whether my food is late or not before calling the restaurant. I have not tried the laundry and alcohol delivery service, but if the need ever arises for it I will not hesitate to use delivery.com.

I wish there were better restaurant options. I feel like on delivery.com it's mainly cheap fast food places. Seamless seems to have more options. However, because I like the point system, I always look to delivery.com first.

Overall, I like the layout of the app on my android phone (Samsung Galaxy S4), but the functionality has some issues. The app is very slow to respond, and I have to wait several seconds after pushing the menu buttons. This lag makes navigation slow and difficult and I have to be careful not to accidentally hit extra buttons or it just increases the delay. I will often opt to go with other food delivery apps (Seamless, Eat24, Grubhub, Foodler) due to the navigation difficulties. Aside from my technical issues with the app, I have no complaints about the customer service. I would like to see some kind of wait time estimate so I know approximately how long delivery will take. I like the point system that is used and the fact that the app includes a couple restaurants that are not present in other food delivery apps for my area.

I wish there was more restaurants linked to this app. There are some glitches that i addressed before but in overall i like this app

I needed laundry done quickly as I was leaving for a trip. I put the pick up order in the night before, they picked up the next morning, and by the time I got home from work, my laundry was ready for me. Service was quick and the quality was good!
