app is very slow on my phone
Overall, I like the layout of the app on my android phone (Samsung Galaxy S4), but the functionality has some issues. The app is very slow to respond, and I have to wait several seconds after pushing the menu buttons. This lag makes navigation slow and difficult and I have to be careful not to accidentally hit extra buttons or it just increases the delay. I will often opt to go with other food delivery apps (Seamless, Eat24, Grubhub, Foodler) due to the navigation difficulties. Aside from my technical issues with the app, I have no complaints about the customer service. I would like to see some kind of wait time estimate so I know approximately how long delivery will take. I like the point system that is used and the fact that the app includes a couple restaurants that are not present in other food delivery apps for my area.
