Good service, nothing to complain about.

I had great experience ordering from delivery.com. I like that I can order organic brands from local grocery stores. I do wish there were more opportunities to pay with coupon codes or promos that aren't for alcohol. Most of the discounts I see in emails from delivery.com are geared toward getting people to order alcohol. More departments and codes in general would make me order more frequently!

Seamless seems to have a pretty firm stranglehold on NYC, so I'd like to see delivery.com take a larger stake in the suburbs. I live on Long Island, and would absolutely use delivery.com if there were more options, rather than calling restaurants directly.

I love delivery.com's point system. However, I wish it had more restaurants available.

I've had a very good experience with delivery.com. It is very easy to order and is always working. Plus the fact that they're always sending out coupons is great, I love it.

Great, easy to use - but I've run into multiple software issues. That my biggest issue. Love the rewards, tons of restaurants and many offer discounts, and love the laundry and alcohol delivery service. However, I've run into a few administrative, software, and customer service support issues. One these things are worked out however I can totally see this overtaking Seamless. I've switched to just using delivery.com too due to having more restaurant options and the rewards program.

Even in peak hours, the estimated time is always accurate and my food almost always arrives hot! Never experienced problems with the app, definitely makes life easier!

Great delivery website and great customer service (and lots of coupons!!). Only issue is a lot of restaurants don't list a delivery time estimate on their pages, which would be really helpful. Hope that more restaurants get added soon!
