I like the idea, if just the vendors would be more consistent.

I really appreciated the customer service of Delivery.com, even when my order never arrived due to miscommunications with the driver. They tried to accommodate me as best as they could, but ultimately, I think they need to really re-evaluate their vendors regularly and weed out the bad apples. I also found some hiccups with the restaurant delivery service, not terrible, but I think some of the food vendors did not read the printout accurately. My delivery guy forgot my side order of chips & guacamole. Not a big deal, but they misread the order slip for it and had to run back an redelivery again. I felt bad and had to tip the guy twice.
