Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. It was a difficult time as I was selling my mother’s house as she had passed away. Also I live four hours away so I really relied on my conveyancer 100% and I wasn’t let down. I found the whole thing quite stressful but was guided through the paperwork mainly online. Very happy with the service I received

Exemplary service
DC Law were exemplary in their handling of my house sale. I was kept up to date throughout by email, phone or text messages. My own emails were answered promptly. The handler was courteous and had a complete understanding of the process that applied to my particular circumstances. I would be happy to use DC Law for another purchase or sale and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Sale of my mother's property
It was a Probate sale of my mother's property, so it was already very stressful but Megan Shaw was wonderful in what ended up being a very difficult sale, with lots of problems. First Time Buyer
As first time buyers we had no idea of the house buying process beyond having an offer accepted. An easy to use dashboard is provided once you instruct the team that’s easy to navigate and helps keep everybody updated. Amy was fantastic throughout. She progressed things extremely quickly and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Joe, who covered for Amy when on annual leave, was also great and made sure there were no delays to things as we approached completion. Would highly recommend DC Law & Amy. We will definitely be returning for future moves.

Persistent & professional
After a shaky start due to unfortunate staff absence Emma Hill took over and was with us every way on our journey. At times it looked like the sale would fall through and communication with buyer virtually disappeared but Emma kept to task persistently tracking the case and keeping us informed verbally and by email. Without her support and stickablilty the sale would not have gone through.
