Awful service
Awful service - started off well enough with updates. Then did not turn up between allotted time. Delivery driver text said on the way but never turned up. Could not speak to a person and conflicting info received on delivery summary. Several failed attempts to call the driver. Still cannot get a response from anyone at Rhenus even after email and filling in online form.
