Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. I highly recommend Christopher & should I ever need a Conveyancer DC law are the only firm i would consider. kind regards & many thanks Peter Morris.

Overall
Overall, we were satisfied with the service, which achieved its aim at a reasonable price. I was pleased that our conveyancer, Judy, made arrangements for me to complete documents before I went abroad for two weeks. This was instrumental in helping us to meet a deadline in selling the property. To improve the service further, I think there should be more frequent updates for the client to keep them informed of what is happening, rather than having to seek it out. This would help to prevent frustration as there can be quite long gaps between each stage of the buying/selling process.

Completion of Sale by Rachel Samosa
Rachel Samosa took over from Judy Yung who had gone on annual leave during the conveyancing of my late Mums house sale. we had not been told that she was away and we had no communication from Judy but by extremely good luck Rachel picked up her phone when we called DCLaw after our buyers solicitor had no luck in getting an answer. Thankfully Rachel was professional, quick and efficient and just over a week later our paperwork was done with help from Rachel and the sale completed in time to save it from falling through. I wish Rachel had been our conveyancer from the beginning of the work, which started in February 2024. things would have been much less stressful, thank you Rachel Samosa.

Me and my partner have just completed on our first home and we can honestly say we wouldnβt of got through it without our Sollicitor Tanya, she was there for us every step of the way and was always willing to help us no matter how difficult. What a super team
What a super team. I started with Esme Hible who was great but unfortunately after a few weeks she went on a sabitical and then I was given Samantha Haygarth - what a fantastic person. Sam went above and beyond office hours duties and even kept me posted in the evenings. Communication is everything. These ladies need to be cherished in your company - keep up the good work, SUPERB.
