Completion of Sale by Rachel Samosa
Rachel Samosa took over from Judy Yung who had gone on annual leave during the conveyancing of my late Mums house sale. we had not been told that she was away and we had no communication from Judy but by extremely good luck Rachel picked up her phone when we called DCLaw after our buyers solicitor had no luck in getting an answer. Thankfully Rachel was professional, quick and efficient and just over a week later our paperwork was done with help from Rachel and the sale completed in time to save it from falling through. I wish Rachel had been our conveyancer from the beginning of the work, which started in February 2024. things would have been much less stressful, thank you Rachel Samosa.
