Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. Great experience for probate sale
We dealt with DC Law for the probate sale of my mother’s property. Our case handler Lisa Rimmer worked sensitively and expertly. Despite the first sale falling through it was reassuring to keep the same contacts. Lisa kept me well informed and updated, and was attentive to queries. She kept us up to date regularly (pretty much every day) and was a pleasure to deal with. A slow start but then brilliance!
The start to our conveyancing experience wasn't good, we had a wasted 4 weeks but then Megan Koxha stepped in. She was brilliant from the start, I can't fault her at all. Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague, along with their sister company JS law. These are satellite conveyancers, slow to act, quick to add costs to your invoice. We lost our purchase because of the ineptitude of our conveyancer. We went with the recommendation of our estate agent, never again, our chain wasn’t huge, first time buyers buying our property and we were cash buyers buying a retirement bungalow. We accepted our buyers offer in March and we finally completed on the 29th of November. Very little communication, ridiculous charges, frustrating to deal with, overall an experience I would not want to repeat.

Me and my partner had such a good experience going through the process of buying our first home. Our conveyancer, Samatha Haygarth went above and beyond to get our contracts exchanged, she even went past her usual working hours to get this finalised. We honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. And we’ve really appreciated everything she has done.
