Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. I highly recommend Christopher & should I ever need a Conveyancer DC law are the only firm i would consider. kind regards & many thanks Peter Morris.

Hannah Fairchild was superb!
Selling and buying a house is never easy, but it just has to be said Hannah took so much stress out of it all, I just basically waited for her to steer me through all the stages of starting the process of exchange to completion. Any questions I had were answered immediately, never once having to get back later, Hannah knew what she was doing and in a very professional manner! ...absoloutly recommended!!

I have used DC Law twice now
I have used DC Law twice now, Emily our conveyancer was really on the ball Our case was a little more complicated than a normal house purchase due to delays from further down the chain, but Emily and Laurence worked tirelessly to get it over the line and to communicate what was happening. I really like how the online platform works, meaning I can upload all required documents when I want at the start of the process, instead of a solicitor chasing me to do it. This way it helps me to get ahead of the game and organised. My partner is now using DC Law to sell his property. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in future.
