Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. Fantastic Service
We have recently purchased a property and used DC Law throughout the process and they were excellent, Nancy in particular. She was clear and helpful throughout the process and was always on hand to guide us through any questions or concerns we had. She was extremely thorough and made sure all bases were covered before the sale was completed. I can't recommend DC Law highly enough, fantastic service. An efficient probate property sale
An efficient, smooth service provided by Lisa Rimmer. As this was to do with the sale of a probate property, I was expecting hiccups along the way. This was not the case at all, I was kept regularly updated with regards to progress of the sale and infact there was very little to do from my end. Absolutely Outstanding in Every Sense of the Word!
We were initially assigned DC Law through Purple Bricks so after initially investigating their reputation, track record and efficacy, I was informed that they were very good, most reliable and will get the job done with our best interests at heart. Well, after completing on our house sale just two days ago, this input proved most informed and to cut to the chase, they've been absolutely brilliant! This is primarily through our assigned conveyancer, Gemma Jones, who was, again from the offset, superb in terms of her overall communication, speed of work, quality of docs produced and processes followed, explanations provided when asked (and I asked a fair bit!) and just her all round general approach, demeanour, pleasantness and professionalism. Calls and emails were returned without delay that is if I didn't get through in the first instance which invariably, I did. In the last few days, we also received some outstanding support from Debbie Osmant, Gemma's line manager, who conducted matters, and herself, in exactly the same manner and fashion as Gemma, The assigned fees were more than value for money with any queries again, answered swiftly, clearly and patiently. Therefore, and to conclude, if you are in the market looking for a conveyancer, I strongly advise you to assign DC Law as they're absolutely outstanding in every sense of the word! Alan Bates, the man, the myth, the legend!
If there were a Nobel Prize for conveyancing, Alan Bates would be the undisputed winner, hands down, no questions asked. From start to finish, Alan has been nothing short of legendary in getting my house purchase over the line. I honestly don’t know how he does it—he must have some kind of wizard-like powers to make something as complex as property transfer feel like a walk in the park. Alan didn’t just handle the paperwork like a pro; he took what is usually a stressful, soul-crushing experience and turned it into a smooth, stress-free joyride. The man knows his stuff inside out and always kept me in the loop, answering my endless questions with the patience of a saint and the clarity of a man who could explain quantum physics in a single sentence. What sets Alan apart, though, is his approachability. He’s the kind of person you want by your side when dealing with what could be a bureaucratic nightmare. He listens, he cares, and he genuinely seems to get a kick out of making sure his clients are happy. He was always just a phone call or email away, and never once made me feel like I was bothering him—unlike some other professionals I’ve encountered. Seriously, I think he has a time machine or something because he was always ahead of every deadline. And let’s not forget the cherry on top: when it came to the final push on completion day, Alan was there, orchestrating everything like a maestro conducting a symphony. I half expected him to burst into a dance number to celebrate. If you’re looking for a conveyancer who’s quick, thorough, and downright fun to work with, look no further—Alan Bates is your guy. He’s a conveyancing superhero, minus the cape but definitely with the skills. 10/10 would recommend—wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again in a heartbeat.
