Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. I highly recommend Christopher & should I ever need a Conveyancer DC law are the only firm i would consider. kind regards & many thanks Peter Morris.

Great Experience
Although I was tied into using DC Law through my estate agent, they exceeded all expectations and couldnβt have been more helpful. In particular Emily Sibley, nothing was too much of an ask and any question was answered clearly and within a quick timeframe. Even after my sale had completed Emily was still on hand to help with anything I needed. Would highly recommend Emily and DC Law.

Appalling Service & Communications
We were forced to use DC Law for the conveyancing on my deceased Mother-in-Law's property by Co-op Legal Services (who are equally appalling) and have had no progress in the 2 months since being engaged for this task. Co-op Legal have chased for updates on progress and we finally found out last week that the Buyer's Solicitors had sent initial enquiries to them on 4th December but this has not been looked at yet. I finally heard from Co-op yesterday to advise that Rebecca at DC Law would pick this up "ASAP" but gave not further details or information. If this is a measure of how DC Law work this transaction, cash sale with no chain, could take years. Totally unacceptable behaviour. Response to DC Law - I provided all the information requested 4 days ago but have still not had any feedback from you ? Can't say I'm surprised to be honest......
