DC Law is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about communication and customer service.

I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful. This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. I highly recommend Christopher & should I ever need a Conveyancer DC law are the only firm i would consider. kind regards & many thanks Peter Morris.
An Excellent experience and Chris is a superb Conveyancer. He will be recommended to my family and friends.

We have dealt with dc law over the past year , half way through Naomi took over our case and wow, what a difference she is amazing, explaining in simple terms what things mean (I’m not a solicitor and don’t speak their language!) she was a breath of fresh air ! Completely changed our thinking of dc law , if you can get Naomi Mather , you won’t be disappointed , she is great, highly recommend !

Harry Cotton at DC Law is a bit of a Star! I sold my house through Haart Co.Uk and they introduced me to DC Law. It was a new experience, dealing with a house sale with a conveyancer at a distance but I thought I would give it a try. I had my own 'dashboard' giving the steps of the sale as they happened and I was able to get to information and 'paperwork' I needed to complete and download/upload ID and so on and Harry was very much on the ball with contact be it by phone, dashboard, email etc. It all went quite smoothly until I was presented with some forms I needed to complete, with which I had some difficulty (being a bit over the hill there are some features of technology that I can't get a handle on and this was one of them). This had to be ultimately resolved by good old snail mail. But that was the only occasion I got a bit concerned and despondent. However, I cannot say the same for my purchasers conveyancer who seemed to be holding up the process at one point (for which I had my own theories) but Harry got the better of the situation and got the ball rolling again. At the tail end of the operation I had an urgent completion date criteria and thought the situation might go on to a further month or so but again, the awesome Harry stepped in and to my absolute amazement we exchanged and completed on the SAME DAY; a nick in time! It was such a relief, I can't praise Harry enough for such a flourishing finish! All in all I would recommend DC LAW for conveyancing, assuming you can get the right case manager.

Iain was really proactive in working on my case, understanding the particular issues I faced and working with me to get everything done as quickly as possible. He was always happy to explain things I didn't understand, such as unfamiliar terms and processes which really helped. He always responded to my queries promptly by email and by telephone, and I was able to contact him by both means easily too. Thank you, Iain, you made a difficult process much easier for me to manage. I would definitely recommend your services to others.

I had good service over all. But I did send a couple of emails and they weren’t answered. My cases worker did save me some money on an insurance I needed for the sell. My buyers solicitors sent an insurance company to go with but my case worker found a cheaper option.

Let me preface by saying I really don't want to be leaving negative reviews, but it genuinely feels like the only way I can spark any progress in my case, which has just entered it's 6th month with DC law and has no estimated end. Every email goes unanswered, every phone call to voice mail. (Seriously though is the phone just off all day? It goes to voicemail 100% of the time. You really need to look into this) I've managed to get a response out of my case manager 1 single time, and that was after I emailed the main desk complaining about how he hadn't replied to my email for over 2 weeks. The best part is... He responded with queries from the buyers solicitor, that he had been holding onto, FOR A WEEK. On Friday I managed to get a lady on the phone who checked my case progress for me. She informed me she could see the buyers had emailed more enquires that had not been sent me to yet. She assured me they would be sent to me at DCLaws earliest convenience. 3 days later, Still not managed to forward on an email?! You're holding up my house sale, and risking losing the buyers despite my constant pressure! I understand that there might be delays out of your control. All I want is an update on what's holding it up, and an estimated completion date. As for potential customers reading this. Obviously I cannot recommend. Pay a little more money, it's not worth the stress.
