Exceptional, professional service right from the start. Miles offered expert guidance whilst being patience and listening to what I required in an IEM. I was encouraged to try 3 different brands and after listening tests we discussed qualities and characteristics of each to hone down the choice. Miles provided plenty of time for evaluation and to give my ears a break. The 3D scan was a quick and simple process that has resulted in me receiving a perfectly fitting set of 64-Audio A6ts. What a great way to get IEM moulds. My previous experience from another supplier was quite painful. The scanning tech that Miles uses has meant that I've finally got a great seal on my IEMs. Miles spent a considerable amount of time going through all the various options/models to make sure I was happy. I ordered a set of Fir Xenon6. Two weeks or so later I received a message to say they were ready and Miles went above and beyond to drop them off personally so I could take them straight out on a run of gigs. The Fir Xenon6 sound amazing, also I couldn't be happier with the fit. I've struggled with the seal on previous IEM's cracking. The DCA scans have provided me with a perfect fit. If you're in the market I highly recommend you get in touch with DCA!

I had custom made earplugs years ago but lost them and wanted a new pair so got Miles to do a fitting. The 3D scanning was fine - odd to see your own ear canals but it was no problem at all. Took a few weeks to get the earplugs but I used the 17db ones last week and honestly I thought they weren't fitting properly at first as I was still hearing so much high frequency. The only time I had that before was when earplugs weren't fitting right but THEY WERE! They really do a great job, taking the levels down but preserving the full frequency. Wish I'd had them years ago.

Miles has been fantastic throughout the entire process of getting some new custom IEMs. I was able to try different brands and models of IEMs in the consultation session with unbiased guidance from Miles and the 3D Impression scan was incredibly quick and painless! Communication was always professional and my IEMs were shipped within a day of them arriving at DCA HQ. Overall an incredible service provided by Miles, I would highly recommend him!

I 100% recommend getting in touch with DCA if you’re considering custom iems! I have a pair of fir audio custom iems ordered through DCA. They sound awesome and the fit is perfect! I’ve never had custom moulds before so I needed a lot of guidance and Miles used his technical knowledge and personal experience of gigging in bands to ensure I chose the right pair for me.
