Excellent process that yielded a perfect fit!
What a great way to get IEM moulds. My previous experience from another supplier was quite painful. The scanning tech that Miles uses has meant that I've finally got a great seal on my IEMs. Miles spent a considerable amount of time going through all the various options/models to make sure I was happy. I ordered a set of Fir Xenon6. Two weeks or so later I received a message to say they were ready and Miles went above and beyond to drop them off personally so I could take them straight out on a run of gigs. The Fir Xenon6 sound amazing, also I couldn't be happier with the fit. I've struggled with the seal on previous IEM's cracking. The DCA scans have provided me with a perfect fit.
