ICE COLD

A lot of the fake reviews pertaining to CSM can be easily countered by the experience of the residents of Woodlands Manor apartments in Belfast. These people had CSM as their property management company. CSM turned their gas supply off for a year or more and decided to do little or nothing in getting it back up and running in a timely manner. These poor people had to go to leisure centres to have hot showers and could not even heat their apartments/homes during an icy cold winter. The cold kills, CSM did not care one jot for the welfare of these people CSM only cared about taking their money.

Terrible service ..

Terrible service ... I've been trying to resolve many issues (which our block of apartments experiencing) with them. Unfortunately the matters/issues haven't been resolved from beginning of November 2024 (now is may 2025). They very rarely respond to emails (sometimes after a month or longer) or if they respond, the answers are not to questions/issues mentioned in the emails;

CSM has been managing our buy-to-let property for nearly two years. Their tenant finding service is thorough, and they conduct comprehensive reference checks. Regular property inspections give peace of mind, and their maintenance contractors do quality work. The monthly statements make tax time much easier.

Full trust in CSM's abilities

We recently moved our managing agent to CSM and since day one Lisa, Laura and team have made huge strides to get the development back on track. Correspondence is quick, and issues are dealt with speed and efficiency. The quality of resources and contractors available via CSM is fantastic. Extremely pleased with the operation of CSM and have full trust in CSM's abilities to manage the complex.

Straightforward to Deal With

CSM have been straightforward to deal with, email replies are timely and most issues are resolved quickly. Any of the team I have spoken to or corresponded with have been very pleasant. There was one issue last year with an incorrect additional charge to my account but the matter was sorted by CSM with minimal involvement from me.

Just another review mainly as I received another invoice from this shambles of a company asking for more money for some extra grass cutting when they have released 100’s of extra houses this year and are clearly raking it in from Al the additional charges . Also can’t stand the fact half these reviews are fake..please if you are buying a new build look into if CSM are the management company and reconsider purchasing.

CSM looks after our 2 Apartment blocks with care and due diligence. The staff are both helpful and courteous when dealing with the people of the Apartments and all problems that happen over the course of a year

CSM? Completely Sxxxx Morons

Apart from random emails with arbitrary figures when they need to balance their books, communication is non-existent, as is accountability for this crowd of charlatans. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the staff have difficulty dressing themselves in the morning. The only positive thing I can write is that they give hope to yellow bus users everywhere that they, too, can be responsible for the management of a residential development.
