They didn't honour the price advertised
The agents were very helpful, however they didn't honour the price they advertised and rang us back after we booked the flight on line to say that the flight would cost us significantly more, so we cancelled the booking.

Sergio, safe me from loosing my money
I’m leaving this review because of Sergio, who demonstrated exceptional customer service during my business transaction with Crystal Travel. His courteous and respectful tone convinced me to purchase a ticket when I was still unsure. However, when I needed to change my ticket, I had a horrible experience with other travel consultants at Crystal Travel. They gave me the run-around and made it incredibly difficult to change my ticket due to the outrageous fees they were asking me to pay. I was about to lose the money and save up for my next trip, but then, unbelievably, Sergio came to the rescue and helped me change my ticket within 24 hours.

After checking my ticket, found 2nd passenger surname was misspelt, Carlos was so helpful in changing the ticket to the correct surname & resending the correct changed e-ticket. He was excellent.

Impossible to book through their…
Impossible to book through their website. The price and tickets showed on the website were not existed. Booking declined multiple times and they kept calling you to accommodate a new flight date and time for you which felt pushy. Not the service that I would recommend. Edit: Received a follow up call and they tried to explained it was a one time error. They offered a compensation voucher and encourage me to update the review. However the reference code won't be able to use until I have to contact them again.
