They didn't honour the price advertised
The agents were very helpful, however they didn't honour the price they advertised and rang us back after we booked the flight on line to say that the flight would cost us significantly more, so we cancelled the booking.

Follow-up and tenacity to get the job done!
Dwight really worked very hard to earn my business. Also, a big plus is that he sounded like Trevor Noah:-) While I was only planning to book one leg of my flight, he showed me another option that benefitted me. Pre-covid we journeyed far and wide 3-5 times per year, but less recently. This was my first experience with Crystal Travel and I approached it very carefully and with a jaundiced eye. There was a small glitch during the transaction and it was handled by Dwight with a very professional manner. I hope to to call on Crystal and Dwight in the future. Lastly, I do not give five star reviews. Many people do just like some restaurants give a free glass of water. If this scale was 1-10 (instead of 1-5, Dwight earned a NINE!!!
