They didn't honour the price advertised
The agents were very helpful, however they didn't honour the price they advertised and rang us back after we booked the flight on line to say that the flight would cost us significantly more, so we cancelled the booking.

Really efficient and a great price. I felt they made every effort to obtain a good deal for us and they were always really responsive and helpful. Best service we have ever had from a travel agent! Thanks to Josh Davis who managed our booking and Carolina Diaz who answered queries.
