They didn't honour the price advertised
The agents were very helpful, however they didn't honour the price they advertised and rang us back after we booked the flight on line to say that the flight would cost us significantly more, so we cancelled the booking.

Booking flight tickets
We have just booked tickets to go to Thailand with the help of Ana at Crystal Travels. We chose Ana as she had arranged a few flights for us going to India and India itself lat year. We've had a very good service, where she gave us a few options that would suit our needs, making sure all was covered. We appreciate that very much.
