They didn't honour the price advertised
The agents were very helpful, however they didn't honour the price they advertised and rang us back after we booked the flight on line to say that the flight would cost us significantly more, so we cancelled the booking.

I was looking for the best deal last dec2024 to go for a break to the Philippines I couldn’t find any best deal that suitable with my under budget cost do I contacted crystal travel & John Morris assisted with me & search & find me a best deal I felt I was in a good hand & I’m thrilled he is very helpful & patience & thing meticulously & stress free I give him 5 star goes to John Morris he deserve it great service I definitely recommend him to my friend

Shirley was extremely helpful throughout my trip process. It was a last minute trip and she was efficient. Listened to me, communicated with me and got me exactly what I wanted in a good time frame.
