They didn't honour the price advertised
The agents were very helpful, however they didn't honour the price they advertised and rang us back after we booked the flight on line to say that the flight would cost us significantly more, so we cancelled the booking.

I always have a very good deal
I always have a very good deal, experience on Crystal Travel. Specially with Sergio, our travel adviser, he always do all his efforts in looking for our travel enquires. I always only get my ticket in Crystal Travel where ever we go for tour or holiday. Thank you Sergio of Crystal Travel.

Friendly and helpful staff
Jia was extremely helpful with accommodating my needs. I wanted to book 4 months earlier than my scheduled flight and wanted to split my payments. Didn't know that we could just give a deposit and pay the ticket in full 10 days before the flight schedule! Definitely using their services again next time 🥰
